The Best I Could…

Regret, self-judgment, and worry can be crippling emotions that take us away from who we truly are. But what if we believed that we did the best we could with what we knew at the time? This simple belief can prevent us from getting stuck in resistance and in our heads with multiple scenarios of "what if..."

A friend recently shared his approach with me: decide, go for it, and don't look back. While it's easier said than done, I've noticed that when applying this approach I can quickly move forward and get closer to achieving what I want. Each decision is a step forward that helps us calibrate and polish our desired state. We're all on a continued journey of growth, and it's vital to keep our focus on that satisfying vision.

For me, now it's about quickly recovering and re-calibrating. Failure or being in an unwanted state is an unavoidable part of everyone's journey. But it doesn't have to define us or keep us stuck. Let's embrace the journey and our emotions, believe in ourselves, and keep moving forward.
