The shadow side shows us the misalignment with our purpose, values and beliefs. We know we are in the shadow side when we feel sad, frustrated, stressed and all the other lower level / negative emotions

Relax & Recharge

Relax & Recharge opens the space and access to reconnect to ourselves and our creating force that align us to our purpose and life mission. Creation requires emptiness to let the new and shifts to enter our life.
