The Now

Are you constantly focused on the past or building the future, without paying attention to the present? Our thoughts tend to wander, but being present in the now can make all the difference. By training ourselves to be more mindful of the present moment, we can become better listeners, more attuned with our surroundings, and overall happier. This has been my experience.

The now is the only thing that truly exists. It reflects the current state of our focus and provides us with valuable information through our senses. By paying attention to the sensations, flavors, sounds, and feelings around us, we can live a fuller life and feel more connected to those around us and our environment.
