Happy 2026!

2025 was a year of decisive closure—and intentional leadership.

I closed a 28-year chapter with ExxonMobil and, more importantly, closed the door on personal & professional goals rooted in obligation, external expectations, and versions of success that were no longer aligned with who I am or how I choose to lead.

This wasn’t a pivot.

It was a decision.

Through intentional reflection and courageous honesty, I chose:

Alignment over obligation.

Truth over comfort.

Purpose over permission.

That clarity led to the formal re-launch of “My Purpose”—along with the teams, structure, and execution engine required to deliver real outcomes.

Today, through executive coaching, leadership and team development, medical revenue recovery, and scalable franchise models, we partner with leaders and organizations ready to grow with intention, integrity, and measurable impact.
