Signing the agreement activates the process and ensures your data is protected.
You simply provide the claim files to be submitted.
When a recovery is successful, the insurance company issues payment directly to you.
At that point, Callagy Recovery bills a contingency fee based only on the funds recovered.

The arbitration process typically takes 6–9 months. Once your agreement is signed, Callagy Recovery begins a monthly filing cycle. After the initial waiting period, you can expect recoveries to be processed on an ongoing basis—resulting in payments to you every month as claims complete the cycle.
