Living and Leading with Grace & Intention

August 25th marked two meaningful milestones: another year of life and one year of fully stepping into entrepreneurship with My Purpose Consulting.

After nearly three decades in the corporate world as an employee and leader, this past year has allowed me to experience leadership from a new perspective: as an entrepreneur, consultant, and executive coach.

I’m deeply grateful for both sides of the journey.

Today, I partner with leaders to help them lead with greater intention and turn their expertise into practical, repeatable leadership frameworks that strengthen teams and drive exceptional business results.

Just as important, I help leaders create success that allows them to thrive personally, because exceptional performance and personal fulfillment don’t have to compete.

This year has been a journey of integration, experience with possibility, achievement with fulfillment, mind with heart, and success with purpose.

I’m especially grateful to my clients, colleagues, mentors, friends, and family. Your encouragement, trust, guidance, and belief in me have made this first year of entrepreneurship deeply meaningful.

As I begin another year of life and Year Two of My Purpose Consulting, my intention is simple:

Live with grace. Lead with intention. Create with purpose. Achieve exceptional results. Enjoy the journey. And pay it forward.

After a year of entrepreneurship, perhaps my greatest realization is:

I am not searching for my purpose anymore. I am living it.
