The Missing Variable ✨
Most people come to me with a list of what they don't want.
A job that drains them. A team that doesn't perform. A life that feels like it belongs to someone else.
But here's what I've learned for myself, and now for the leaders I work with:
The missing variable was never a strategy. It was never a better system or a smarter plan.
It was congruency.
And congruency doesn't happen by accident. It happens through intention. And intention can only take root once you can answer one question clearly, without pause, with genuine excitement:
What do I actually want? And why?
Not through the lens of what you're running from. Not through the noise of what others expect. But what YOU want, at a soul level.
That is the first piece. And it is the hardest one.
Because before you can build anything new, you have to let go. Let go of the expectations that were never yours. Let go of the roles you outgrew. Create space — real space — for what is actually meant for you. You cannot pour into a full cup.
And then we map it. We build frameworks you can repeat, sustain, and transmit. Systems that keep you on track even when you are not in the room. Because true leadership is not about your presence. It is about what you leave behind when you are gone.
And through all of it… grace. Grace for yourself as you learn. Grace as you become more congruent. Grace as you shed what was never really you.
When business leaders find this variable with intention, congruency, grace and builds frameworks on the way… something shifts.
They stop forcing results. Results happen because they are wanted deeply, at a level that needs no threat, no pressure, no performance review to activate.
Teams show up because something in them wants to jump.
The impossible becomes possible in revenue, in culture, in time, in relationships.
And they go home better. Better partners. Better parents. Better humans.
That is the work. That is what I do. 🪄✨
