Choosing Me!!

I used to think being strong meant never needing anything.

I was wrong…

I am the daughter of a doctor father, and a wise warrior mother; and both showed me the way

For most of my life, I showed up for everyone (my family, my clients, my team, the people I love…) and somewhere in the middle of all that showing up, I forgot to show up for myself.

I am the bridge between two worlds, the corporate world that shaped me and the entrepreneurial world that freed me. I speak both languages. I've lived both lives.

And I've learned this: the way you show up for yourself is exactly the way you show up for everyone else. There is no separation.

This decade, I made a decision. Not a goal. A decision.

I am done making myself the last priority in my own life.

Because connection is not a strategy… it is who I am. Empathy is not a skill I learned… it is how I breathe. And love requires that I am whole enough to give it.

The prize is not the title. Not the revenue. Not the applause.

The prize is becoming (… every single day) a little more of who you were always meant to be.
